Chardonnay
Typical of Sandalyn chardonnay this wine exhibits rich creamy American Oak and melon aromas with toasty malolactic undertones. A full flavoured palate of fig and melon.

Verdelho
Tropical fruit and fig / spice nose with lifted hint of limes. Palate is full and soft, finishing dry yet with plenty Of flavour. Ripe rich toasty mid palate, showing excellent structure and length. A great example of the versatility of this variety.

Semillon Verdelho
Pale straw in colour with a bouquet of citrus and apricot. Palate is medium weight, with soft mouth filling flavour with added hints of pineapple and lingering spicy fruit. Good drinking now, will cellar well for 4–5 years. This wine will improve with age.

Shiraz
Rich spicy fruit with black pepper & cinnamon on the nose. Palate is rich and soft with lovely earthy/ coffee overtones. A full bodied shiraz with a smooth plum on the front palate, black pepper & liquorice integrate with savoury oak on the middle palate with generous length of flavour. Complex style will improve with additional cellaring . Ageing 4-5 years.

Pinot Noir Cuvee
Soft crimson in colour with fresh strawberries and cherry overtones on the nose. Palate is medium weight with excellent flavour and soft finish, showing slight herbaciousness and sweet wood integration. A fine accompaniment to game dishes and pungent cheeses. A pleasure to drink now or will reward further with careful cellaring for several years.

Sparkling Shiraz

Traditional Methode Champenoise - Chardonnay Verdelho
This unique blend is individually bottle fermented in our underground cellar. Dry fruity style with soft mellow palate. Excellent drinking now or cellar 1-2 years.

Semillon Late Harvest
A rich luscious nose of dried apricot and some botrytis evident. The palate is a full rich apricot flavour with an excellent balance of sweetness and clean crisp acid. Full bodied with complex flavours and great length of palate. Serve well chilled for best reward.
